Hamburg, March 13 – 14 – d3con Workshop: “Cross-Device-Tracking (CDT) – Noise or Signal?” – Hamburgs conference on programmatic advertising where advertisers, agencies, publishers and service providers meet to chat, to network and to learn from each other. On the conference day, workshop attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about cross device tracking. Prof. Burkhardt Funk (Leuphana University Lüneburg), Dr. Florian Nottorf (Adference) and Hartmut Brinkmeyer (Performance Media) discuss different strategies for analyzing user journeys that were tracked across a number of devices. Jena, April 27 – SEAcamp – A cool event for experts and newbies in SEM and PPC in the BarCamp format. That means, which topics will fill the conference’s agenda is still an open question. The Otto Group has joined Adference for a common session proposal: The Otto Group developed “Godzilla”, a software that arranges keywords and ads into a highly granular campaign structure. In the session, the online marketplace shopping24 will serve Adference as an example to illustrate how these keywords can be analyzed in clusters and used to maximize profits.
